We analyzed influence seasons on characteristics ACS. Results enrolled total 1668 patients: 431 Winter, 382 Spring, 405 Summer 450 Autumn, baseline summarized Table 1. There were no differences among 4 seasons, except higher prevalence obesity Autumn. was statistically significant difference STEMI although numerically highest recorded occurrence not different according age or sex. complications similar ventricular arrythmias (VT, VF), invasive mechanical ventilation support, need inotrope/vasopressor support development de-novo atrial fibrillation. In-hospital mortality less frequent but did reach statistical significance. Conclusions In cohort, profile found seasons.
